By accepting CTB Select, Client acknowledges on behalf of itself and its employees that: (i) SAGE CTB, LLC will provide on an annual basis 2,000 Tuition Rewards Points - discounts applied towards the full tuition cost at SAGE Scholars network of colleges and universities, as part of its College Tuition Benefit® (“CTB”) service, (ii) Tuition Rewards Points are not cash and do not accrue interest; (iii) Client is authorized to provide eligibility status and other information essential to the administration of this program; (iv) Annually, self-report any changes; (v) Communicate to your employees that CTB Select is available and provide communications including self-registration information; (vi) Become familiar with the program by vising ctbselect.collegetuitionbenefit.com; (vii) SAGE Scholars, is solely responsible for the record keeping and administration of this program, including making final determinations with respect to Tuition Rewards Points and the administration of its college and university network; and (viii) that SAGE CTB, LLC shall be held harmless if, for any reason, a college or university fails to honor Tuition Rewards Points; (ix) any party may terminate this Agreement with at least 60-days prior written notice. Registered employees will retain all Tuition Rewards Points awarded prior to any applicable termination or cancellation date.
